My wife and I have stayed in this unit several times. You can't beat the oceanview with easy beach access. The unit is quite roomy with a good sized kitchen and the upstairs bedroom has a wonderful view of the beach and ocean from the deck. The screened-in porch is great for dining or just watching the wildlife.

We really enjoyed our week at 5 Beach Townhouse, and would certainly rent it again. We had about one hundred yards of beach to ourselves most of the time. The house has lots of deck space and a large screened porch. The best view is from the master bedroom balcony--very private. We made ourselves at home on the comfortable furniture, among the touches of tasteful beach decor and in the airy, open floorplan. A lovely, relaxing time. week.

Our family spent Thanksgiving weekend in 5 Beach Townhouse. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the property. The townhouse is in great condition and has a nice open feel. The front porch with beach view is wonderful. We had two seniors with us so the elevator was extremely beneficial. Everyone was satisfied with the bathrooms and thought the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cracking the windows at night and listening to the waves.

We thought the property location on the island was very convenient for walking down the beach to the river or driving to the Sanctuary and Freshfields.

We comfortably fit 7 adults in the townhouse, any more than that would be a tight fit. We all agreed we would be happy to return to the property.
