Bright and beachy 3 bedroom/ 2 bath free-standing cottage in the West Beach area with wooded views. This villa has open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The master bedroom and private bath are on the opposite side of the living room from the other two bedrooms. The second and third bedroom share a hall bath. This cottage is about an 7 minute walk to the beach or 2 min. bike ride and has wrap around porch with access to a community pool. WILL DO PARTIAL WEEKS YEAR ROUND!!

We have been to Kiawah a dozen times. The Sparrow Pond area is quiet, close to the beach, and enjoys its own neighborhood pool. We have stayed in the Sparrow Pond area three times and have always enjoyed it. 1027 was a very nice unit -- nicely decorated with dark wood floors and cute white and yellow interiors. We love the outdoor showers in all the Sparrow Pond units. pam Harrington always does a good job. We have stayed with all three major rental agencies numerous times, and we think PH does a fine job. You miss the "resort privledges" -- Night Heron Pool, in particular -- but PH always does an excellent job with service. I wish we were back there right now!
