Very nice, recently redone 4Br/4 Bath, 2250 sq.ft., private home in the East Beach area. This home has a large, low country style front porch and a screened in back porch with a gas grill and lagoon views. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are all open and airy. The spacious living room has a tv, dvd player, vcr and wi-fi. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television and a private bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed, the third has a queen bed, and the fourth has two twin beds. All three of these bedrooms have a private bath. This home just a 2 minute walk to the beach and has a free community pool available to renters. No-smoking.

Our family loves Kiawah Island and is our favorite vacation spot. It is always very relaxing and the people always very friendly. The island is always so clean and beautiful. This trip was multi-generational with a grandma, two parents, four siblings and a nephew and we all had room to spread out and enjoy! The house was wonderfully decorated and with the outside and inside seating areas for 8 people, and a bar area seating for 4, we had choices of places to eat and hang out. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was fabulous. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed the freedom of biking and walking to the beach. One of favorite activities was taking a sunset walk on the beach after dinner. A great place that we hope to make an annual tradition!

We(family of 5) have been renting various houses in the Turtle Beach area for seven years, and this house was by far our favorite. Great location, private, and clean. The swing on the front porch was a personal favorite. We would definitely recommend 18 Atlantic Beach to anyone!
