Cute 3Br/2 bath, free standing, cottage in the West beach area, with lagoon views. Open kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has just been updated with new cabinets, appliances, tile floor, and fresh paint. The living room has a television,vcr, wireless internet, dvd player, stereo, a fireplace, a sofa sleeper, and glass doors leading to the screened in porch that has a table and chairs and a gas grill. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a tv, and a newly renovated, private bath with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds each and share a newly renovated hall bath. Both of these bedrooms have televisions. This cottage is just across the parking lot from the beach (closest Sparrow Pond to the beach) No-smoking.

Great location...very close to the pool and beach. The furnishings are dated, but the house is overall nice. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated. We were very happy with our choice. EXTREMELY CLOSE to the beach, right behind beachfront villas. The location near the entrance to Kiawah also made for quick bike rides to casual shopping/general store, and the pool to which one has access w/ this property is nice and also very nearby. Another positive for us was a well-furnished kitchen ( cookware, utensils and tools etc. ) and an unusually large utility room near the entrance where supplies and gear ( dry goods, luggage, cases of drinks, coolers and carts for the beach, etc. ) could be stored out of the way. TVs were average but perfectly serviceable. Quality of furnishings on the outdoor portion of the deck was marginal, but there was a decent outdoor shower with a partial enclosure, and some of those low-slung beach chairs you could use at the beach if you didn't bring any. All in all, nealy perfect for an informal family outing.

The location to the beach and pool were ideal. The view of the lagoon was beautiful and very relaxing. Being set back in the trees was very private, although there were tons of spider webs and spiders along our deck and porch. The updates in the kitchen and bathroom were wonderful and the cottage was very well stocked. We would stay there again!
Loved the location! The bed in the master bedroom, needs to be updated though.
